Quite the opposite! I'm in a whole new world, trying my best not to make *every* sentence sound like headline and hyperbole (and not doing a very good job of it). Writing—as you do—with such calmness and clarity when the subject is so infuriating is a skill that completely evades me.
'What next' is a start. I would love to be on the team working up the strategic plan then the rollout - absolutely dire and absolutely interesting.
