Exploring mistakes in regular thinking …
Welcome to Irregular Thoughts.
I am a writer, speaker and adviser. I work mainly with regulatory bodies and professional organisations. I also write for newspapers and professional journals.
Topics I will write about here in future are likely to address:
Specific issues I have already addressed include:
when legitimate businesses make themselves look like internet scammers
how proportional representation ensures that promises will be broken
This blog used to be located on my professional website, where you can find an archive of articles.
I also have a site called I learned to write. As you might guess from the title, it’s a story about learning to write. But not as a 5-year-old child, forming letters and words. It’s the story of my time from being a 25-year-old business consultant to a 35-year-old writing in the Financial Times and becoming a 55-year-old teaching writing skills in business school.
